Devlog 04: Brazier for the Sky


In this video, I show how the start gameplay differs from later gameplay. The background changes darkness making the light more prominent and creating new challenges for the player. This is a gradual change. Other gradual changes include the rising amount of rain and other elements.

Also added lightning! It works a bit like a jump scare in the game. Had a few unintended consequences that I left in as it gives a bit of a panic when playing. 

I still need to animate the player...
